These individuals are each just as comfortable sitting at a board room table, as they are working in the trenches to fix a process or bring a solution to life.
On December 10, 2010 the NOI Strategies family lost one of its most respected and beloved members in Jacob (Jack) Gerber. He is survived by his loving wife, Lyndsey Gerber, treasured children Amanda, Bradford, and Clayton.
Jack possessed the uncanny ability to hear meaning in silence, see beyond the clouds, and discern even the slightest nuances. Qualities that made him the consummate consultant and advisor to our clients and a sage guide and mentor to all of us. His devotion to his family and dedication to his profession were pervasive and enduring. He pushed all of us to live forward. Reminded us again and again that the windshield is bigger than the rear view mirror.
Jack ended each and every one of our conversations with the same two words: be good. It is how he lived and what he instilled in everyone around him.
As Jack would say...."Be good".
