Strengthens Real Estate Systems and Process Expertise 

Chicago, September 6, 2007 – MBA Performance Consulting today announced the addition of three respected professionals who bring unique expertise in optimizing financial processes and systems in the real estate sector. Sandy Sparks and Julie Miner join the MBA management team with executive leadership experience overseeing the implementation and operation of real estate-focused financial management solutions. Jennifer Kord joins MBA as a consultant with hands-on systems implementation and customer service expertise.

Sparks served as Director of Consulting Services at rCash and previously at Argus Software. She also held positions as a Project Manager for CTI, a leading real estate property management business and system, and as National Construction Controller for ARES, Inc., a real estate operations subsidiary of Mutual New York. She brings 30 years of professional and real estate industry experience to MBA.

Miner served as Director of Business Process Consulting at rCash and previously at Argus Software. As a Client Service Manager with major consulting firm PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP, she specialized in risk management and control services, assisting prominent real estate industry, high tech, and retail businesses. A Certified Public Accountant and Certified Information Systems Auditor, Miner has provided services to significant national clients for more than 13 years.

Kord held responsibility for day-to-day systems implementation, training, and customer service as a Consultant and Client Account Manager for rCash. She served as a Consultant and Support Page 2 Specialist with Realm Business Solutions. With Equity Office Properties Trust, she held roles as a systems implementation team member, regional trainer, and property administrator. Her real estate industry experience spans 15 years.
