Financial Management and
Real Estate Systems Expert Joins MBA
Enhances
Information Technology and Project Management Services

Chicago, August 6, 2007 –
MBA Performance Consulting, a consulting practice specializing in
business process optimization and technology solutions
for the commercial real estate industry, today announced
the addition of Don Bleaney, an experienced real estate
systems and information technology executive.
Don was most recently with GWL Realty Advisors, in
Winnipeg, Manitoba, Canada. In his prior role as manager
of real estate systems for GWL, Bleaney oversaw the
administration of a multi-application system supporting
over 500 users across Canada. He also led several other
major implementation initiatives for GWL including
Realm's CTI, DYNA, BUDGET and LEASE products, and Yardi
Voyager. At MBA, Bleaney has already
contributed to client projects with Brookfield
Properties, Federal Realty Investment Trust, General
Growth Properties, and Principal Financial Group.

brings more than 15 years of experience leading
information technology departments and consulting with
clients on their effective operation, including 10 years
focused on financial management applications," said Tama

Bleaney's professional career also includes
responsibilities as controller and information
technology manager at Flynn Canada Ltd., where he
oversaw the implementation of a new corporate office
accounting and branch operations system. Further, he
served as a consultant for Sierra Systems, where he
supported clients including Flynn Canada, the University
of Manitoba, and the Canada Wheat Board. He also worked
as a project analyst for Credit Union Central of
Manitoba, upgrading business and financial systems. Don
is a member and former treasurer of the Project
Management Institute, Manitoba Chapter.
