Chicago, January 16, 2008 - NOI Strategies today announced the promotion of Naseem Wenzel, CPA to Director. In her new role, Ms. Wenzel will be responsible for the resource and project management of several major financial performance optimization engagements recently signed by NOI Strategies.

Ms. Wenzel joined the company in 2003 as a consultant. She has since specialized in a range of commercial real estate processes, including leasing, A/R, budget & forecasting, and business intelligence on behalf of numerous REIT's, including General Growth Properties, Brookfield Properties, and Inland Real Estate Group.

Ms. Wenzel holds a BA in Economics from the University of British Columbia and an MS in Accountancy degree from DePaul University. A Certified Public Accountant and a certified Lotus Notes specialist, Naseem has more than 12 years of experience as an accountant, auditor, and analyst for leading real estate companies. She has been responsible for monthly and annual close, forecasting, reporting, and analysis at Fortune 500 company; served as a team leader in the design and deployment of a web-based leasing system for a leading retail real estate company; managed the enterprise-wide implementation of ERP and CRM systems including analysis, requirements gathering, and database development; and led engagement teams on financial statement audits of numerous real estate companies for Pricewaterhouse Coopers LLP.
