Chicago, February 19, 2008 - NOI Strategies fast growing roster of top industry talent has been enhanced even further by the return of two former employees to the company.

Anne Yates, CPA, was most recently responsible for business development with Aprimo, the leading provider of enterprise marketing management solutions. Previously, Ms. Yates served as corporate controller for AMLI Residential where she led the transition of the Chicago-based REIT to the private sector through the company's acquisition by Morgan Stanley. As a Managing Director, NOI will leverage Anne's innate business development skills to help manage the company's overwhelming opportunity pipeline for its business process optimization and outsourcing services.

Vince Riley is a highly recognized project management and IT professional with over 20 years of experience in the real estate, healthcare, insurance, supply chain, and e-commerce industries. Mr. Riley most recently managed an international implementation team on behalf of Progress Software, a global provider of relational database and application infrastructure software. Vince rejoins the company as a Managing Consultant and not a moment too soon. NOI's tier one customers are already taking advantage of Vince's broad skills and hands-on approach to tackle their most complex IT challenges.
