Michelle Stremich, CPA, brings 11 years of commercial real estate accounting and systems expertise to NOI. Prior to joining the company, Michelle led consulting and project management teams on behalf Manhattan Software's corporate real estate customers.  Michelle served in a similar capacity at Realm Business Solutions for their industry leading CTI Property Management solution.  Before entering into the technology phase of her career, Michelle's real estate expertise was forged through her roles as an assistant property manager and staff accountant for ProLogis, the largest industrial real estate company in the world. 

Among her long list of commercial real estate credentials, Michelle is widely recognized as an expert in property administration, lease administration, recoveries (CAM/OPEX), percentage rent, indexation, co-tenancy, FASB-13, budgeting & forecasting, and accounting. 

Michelle will leverage her extensive financial and project management skills to lead process optimization engagements on behalf of NOI's global customers.
