Chicago, July 18, 2008 - Michael Ivey is the latest significant addition to the NOI Strategies team which continues to add world-class resources in support of its rapidly growing tier one customer base.

With over 10 years of commercial real estate business process and technology experience, Michael Ivey is widely recognized as one of the foremost experts of automated recovery, leasing, systems, and business intelligence. Prior to joining NOI Strategies, Michael served as a business analyst for both Centro Properties Group and Westfield Corp.  At Centro, Michael led the ERP migration from CTI to JD Edwards.  He also managed the Business Objects platform on which he developed an entire library of custom reports used throughout all levels of the company.  Michael served for over 8 years at Westfield during which he led the optimization of their numerous real estate applications improving business processes on behalf of practically every department in the organization. 

As with most NOI resources, Michael's commercial real estate credentials are unique and comprehensive.  His business process expertise spans recoveries (CAM/OPEX), percentage rent, business intelligence, financial reporting, and leasing.  Further, Michael's technology platform expertise includes CTI, Realm Lease, JD Edwards, Insight, Crystal and Business Objects,

Michael will leverage his extensive financial, project management, and technology skills to lead process optimization engagements on behalf of NOI's global customers.
