As an
independent consultant since 2006, Kim has
supported numerous tier one real estate
companies such as Jones Lang LaSalle,
Shorenstein, James Campbell Company, Newmark
Knight Frank, CarrAmerica, AMB, and DB/RREEF
through the optimization of their recoveries,
accounts payable, collections, budgeting &
forecasting, reporting and accounting processes.
Kim is expert in the use of critical business
process solutions, including CTI, rCash PAY
Invoice Processing COLLECT Rent Processing, and
GEAC.
Kim was previously served as Special Projects
for AMB, Implementation Consultant for
CTI/Realm, Property Accounting Manager for
Glenborough Realty Trust, and Assistant
Controller for Lincoln Properties.
Kim's versatility will enable her to serve
multiple roles at NOI Strategies including
performance audits, optimization consulting
services, and business development. |

With over 12
years of experience, Joy Gallaway joins NOI
Strategies as one of the few elite leasing
process optimization and automation experts in
the country.
Most recently with another commercial real
estate consulting firm, Joy has served for the
last several years as a lease workflow
consultant on behalf of several international
tier-one real estate companies.
Previously, she was responsible for the
implementation, integration, and support of
Realm Business Solutions's SSLE and RealmLEASE
leasing automation products.
Joy will continue to specialize in leasing
process optimization and automation at NOI
Strategies. In particular, Joy will be part of a
dedicated team that has been organized to
support the growth of NOI Strategies' key
partnership with Argus Software the
implementation and support of their industry
leading
Lease CRM product. |
